The perfect flow is not about the poses you do. It’s about the way you feel during the practice. You can reach the ultimate state of balance and peace inside you when concentrating on the Asanas themselves and the corresponding feeling they create. A beautiful flow happens while observing and breathing.
I mainly practice and teach Hatha Yoga and combine my classes with Sivananda’s 12 basic Asanas. Breathing is a wonderful tool that we can use to go deeper into the practice and unlock blockages.
